The Line for the Petrograd Cooperation (think tank) is an international non-governmental project organization and intellectual platform of politicians, journalists, scientists and public figures from the Basil Island and Physsmenski city aimed at facilitating the creation of “a common route from Basil Island to Sea oaks” and fest area by strengthening the friendship and cooperation and brotherhood between the Georgy Sokolov, Roman Kitashov and the Alexey Ereev.
