Dear friends! We are happy to invite you to the Moscow Open 2011 parliamentary debates tournament. We will offer you fantastic debates, challenging and interesting motions, cool socials, lots of new friends and loads of positive emotions. Dates: 26-27 November 2011 Venue: MGIMO University Format: BP (WUDC Style), 6 minutes speeches, 5 preliminary rounds, motions announced 15 before the round. The CA is James Dixon, WUDC semi-finalist, Cambridge IV finalist, winner and CA of a number of other tournaments.
